I have been hypnotized 4 times before I found this app. and love it! I am using losing weight, relaxing, confidence.. I feel so relaxed and confident now!! I can go to work with confidence and not freak out when something bad happens. I only worry about right now and not worry so much of “what if’s” that have not and may never happen. Before this app I used to get out of bed in the morning dreading going to the gym.. now it is easy and I actually can’t wait to get my day started at the gym.. I feel and look better (others have noticed a good change in me as well) and will continue to use all the sessions!! thank you for making my life better!

I was attempting to test out the app. I somehow accidentally bought a yearly subscription for $49.00. Be careful if you have touch purchasing. Subscribe for a year pops up and you’ve bought before you realize you aren’t just installing. That being said, the voice in the Meditations is awesome. The developer kindly replied and advised me to go through the app support process, which I had already done repeatedly. The site gave a refund option, but then said it was denied. Finally, I ended up going directly through Apple Support and explaining once again. They gave advice and they are granting a refund. I will continue to use the free options on this meditation and possibly purchase the less expensive alternatives.

I had purchased 5 or 6 of these hypnosis tracks before this all in one app and they stopped working when this came out. I guess I just threw away money and no credit for any of it. I even emailed them but never received a response. You stopped supporting your other apps, the Purchased content is cloud based and no longer available, which forced everyone to get your new app which now you have to pay a monthly fee to access the same content regardless of the previous purchase. Read your other apps reviews, I’m not the only one with the same claim.

This is a long review as I have used this app and his other apps for many many years ( at least 8 years ) ; first found Darren Marks a very long time ago after doing a hypnotherapy session with my therapist to heal from trauma. That went amazingly so I figured “has to be an app for that “. Stumbled across Darren Marks apps and at the time used it for the healing aspect and building confidence after an emotionally and physically abusive relationship. I used the confidence one and I always get comments on how confident I am and how I interview really well. I used the weight loss one when I was stress eating and managed to lose weight and make better choices. I recently resubscribed to use the control alcohol one. I had been drinking every night basically since late November. I knew it was a problem and I knew I wanted to not drink but I kept on drinking anyhow. The next day I would always feel and about it but do it again. And I’m not talking drinking half a bottle of whiskey or anything I’m talking about 6-8 white claws ( those can get out of hand too ). I resubscribed and listened to the control drinking hypnotherapy on Monday last week. It is now Sunday and I haven’t had or wanted one single drink. No craving and no desire at all . But I know if I wanted to have a drink I could. I really never write reviews but I wanted to give this man credit for helping me over the years heal from abuse, giving me confidence , and then helping me now while I’ve stumbled. The app is a little tricky to navigate I will say, but once you figure it out it is 100% worth every dollar and every minute of time. Thank you, Darren.

It says these recordings include entrainment, but is it using binaural beats or isochronic tones? What is the frequency of the carrier wave? What is the frequency of the entrainment wave? 4? 8? 11? 20? Is it targeting beta, alpha, theta, or delta brainwave entrainment? It answers none of these basic questions about what technology is being used or what effect it might have on the listeners brain.

Life has been sideways with so many needs of people around us. We feel weakened and beat up. I found Harmony listened to intro and a first free session. I felt differently the next morning and had aspirations to feel and cause joy. So now I’m working on finding time to participate with Harmony on a regular basis.
