I discovered this App about 8 months ago, unfortunately I didn't give it much effort as I was consumed with doubts there was anything 'out there' for me. As months past and depression deepened, I realized my periodic inner smile happened each time I recalled the sense of peace I'd felt when I had listened to this (only) twice before. I searched for it, downloaded it again, & after only 5 days of actually listening, I've experienced the most wonderful transformation I've had yet, even though I've had an intense 10 week counseling program since then. Darren's calm, serine voice & guidance was the one I needed in my head that helped me HEAR my true self in order to breathe me back to life! And that's just with the free sessions; I absolutely can't wait until I'm able to invest in all the rest! ?% recommend this for everyone!!

This is the very 1st App I ever purchased (reasonably priced, affordable) cheaper than a pack of cigs which is why I purchased, to quit smoking and I have benefited from more than just that session, I will pay the monthly $$ until I can become a better me. I suffered a major loss of a loved one that broke me in so many ways and Darren Marks Harmony Sessions are worth more and have done more than any psychologist will ever do plus I like self help and it works for me ????????????? I recommend this to anyone and everyone!!!

I was introduced to hypnotherapy by a practioner at an event. She gave me a free consult and I was hooked, but I didn't have the time or money for sessions on an ongoing basis so this app was the perfect way to have a session in the comfort of my own home. No regrets at all. A relaxation session is better than a glass of wine!

A great program but a little on the costly side as you must pay for each additional talk. The will be removed after so long unless you buy the forever plan. I didn't need some of the topics so it was useless to me to buy the forever plan. What I bought worked very well and helped a lot. Cheaper cost and this would be a five star rating. Had my hip and knee replaced and used the pain talk in the hospital, it really help me thru the pain. Wish they would let you buy just the ones you need forever and not all at a cheaper price. Love the new update and please keep this app going as its one of the few worth having and using it daily
