I am listening to this for help sleeping. The voice is not relaxing. It is annoying! I paid for a sleep, relaxing session and it was terrible. I requested a refund and it was refused. The instructions to attempt to get my money back was not helpful. Then I receive a email of a rate increase. REALLY! All I want is a refund....

Absolutely love this app. My children ages 11 and 7 use it as well for helping them fall asleep. They enjoy it and have been able to get to sleep faster. I use it at night and during the day for relaxation and therapy as well. Letting go of sadness, hurt, anger, and fear have all been very useful. From a therapy standpoint, I wish there were sessions related to overcoming loss and learning to let go. I still gave it five stars because it has been very beneficial to myself and my children. Thank you!

I can’t login as a new account and even if I try to set up an account and it just gives me a pop-up that says we can’t send an email to this address. Garbage Don’t waste your time

No variety in free sessions

I downloaded for the positivity and body sessions, but found that I can’t test them. I’m not going to pay for something if I don’t know whether it works. The free sessions are for sleep and focus only. It would be nice if there was at least one free weight loss session.

Ive had this app for over 4 years, before it was Harmony in fact. But now, for whatever reason the one video that I listen too will not play. The app has updated several times and yet nothing. The "relax completely-build confidence " video is what ive used to cope with my migraines so this is beyond disappointing.

I used the free sessions within this app for a week before deciding on going premium. I can’t say enough how much Darren has helped me through a simple app! Darren’s voice is lovely and soothing. Thank you so much for creating this app. Worth every penny and then some!

Love this app, but....

I gave it 5 stars because I feel it works wonders. I would like to see some updates or new sessions though. Perhaps sessions for help with anxiety.

New phone =no service

I recently had to purchase a new phone. One wouldn’t think that would be a problem, but this company refuses to fix the problems. If that’s not enough, I’m still being charged for a service I don’t receive. I’ve gotten zero response from my numerous messages so I felt it necessary to leave a negative review.

My favorite app that turns my phone from a distraction device to a peace-bringing device. I love the power hypnosis mediation. It gets me hyped for the day. And the sleep one is so good it’s hard not to fall asleep listening!
