Miss certain parts of the old app

I really liked the best western locater that was on the old app. It’s hard to navigate and add new places the improved version while adding in locations should add them in a better order thanks
This app is about H-D, not members

HD is missing a useful, comprehensive app. This one is mostly a platform for advertisements and sales. The map/GPS is okay but nothing different that separates it. I’d expect something for riders, by riders. GPS should have some preset rides good for motorcycles (based on roads, safety or scenery). Maybe include useful information about tips and education on developing motorcycle trends, laws, education. Make this for the people of HOG.
Good app, needs some improvements

Ride planning is cumbersome, I usually use my home computer to plan my ride and then use a bunch of way points to get it to this app. Ride recording is great, but I would like to see the ability to share rides with other riders.
Cannot log into app.

Tells me my email does not exist. When I try to create one, it tells me my email already exist. Please help.
Crashes and/or freezes almost every time

Just got my first Harley and have previously used the REVER app. I figured I’d give this a try since it has almost all the same things I need and doesn’t require a subscription. However, you get what you pay for. I planned a route, and halfway through, the app tried to reroute me. Maybe that’s because I went a little off course for fuel? Luckily, I knew the area, so it wasn’t a big deal. Then, at the end of the route, the app froze and closed, losing all my mileage. That was really disappointing. Frustrated, I started the app again to try to find some coffee, and it froze again.
Constantly crashes

This app has so much promise but it is so aggravating when the app crashes and we stop recording our ride. The app crashes, at least, 4 out of 5 times the app is used - even when no other apps are running. We have it on an iPhone 6s, 8, and X and it crashes on all of them. Please fix the crashes!!!

I’m very disappointed with H-D. I thought H-D stood behind the product. I was wrong. As much as I am a fan of the brand , I no longer can or will support the H-D name or brand . I’m stuck with my Iron 883 since I am paying for it, until I can get rid of it ...

I like the concept of the app. My issue is that when I am recording a ride, it works sometimes, and doesn’t work other times. Frequently, when I finish my ride, I take my phone out to stop the recording, and I notice that he app isn’t recording at all. It’s. It my phone, I have tried on two separate phones, with the same problem.
