Just got my first Harley a few days ago and have been riding and using the app ever since the app is great gives you the option to log rides and compete with others throughout the month as well as order from the online store it’s a great all in one app. Couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. I am absolutely a Harley owner for life now!
I lost everything

After the update. The app started crashing. Stopped in the middle of my ride. Wouldn’t give me my coin for MAYs challenge So I deleted it and reinstalled it. Now it tells me my account and email is not available. Help I’ve lost 2 1/2 years on this. I emailed the developer. No response yet.
This can be sooooo much better

It’s nice to have something that records a ride, but this thing is such a drain in the battery that even when plugged into a speed charger, it is still a negative drain. This just unacceptable, can’t afford to loose a phone for the sake of record keeping. Additionally, the phone must be left on for the app to work, of the screen is turned off, the app stops recording, how dumb is this? Really, H-D can build a bike that can last for years but can’t build a simple recoding app that doesn’t drain a battery to death? Use another app to record rides, I’m not using this anymore, it’s just a haphazard way for H-D to track me.

Crashes frequently. I waste time at every stop getting the earphones to pair with the bike instead of the phone. Why can’t the bike just control the volume if the earphones are connected to the phone instead? Being forced to use the Harley app maps instead of google maps is annoying. So I can use goodie for everything else, but have to change just to ride?
