The original issue of no finger print login has been resolved. You can now easily have your phone remember the login info.

No option to remember my login name. I get asked my security questions when I log on, get asked again when I try to pay my bill. You guys need to follow your competitions lead and work on making your product easier to use instead of harder to use.

App seems outdated but is new

This app makes everything difficult. US bank was better. Doesn’t save user id or passwords, hard to maneuver around. Layout is bad and hard to read.

First you guys change from the US Bank app to this H-D visa app without telling any of your customers, so I spent 30 minutes trying to login to the old app not knowing there’s a new one. So I can’t login and I called the 800 number on the back of the card and recording says “if you need help, log into the app and contact us that way”.That would be fantastic, if I could log in to the app. Not very smart. Finally after jumping through several hoops I get to a human representative. She tells me to download the new H-D visa app and I do so. However I cannot login. I AM able to login to the new site on the Internet which is H-Dvisa.com. But the app keeps telling me I’ve got the wrong password. It is a complete disaster. You guys realize it’s 2020 and we put a man on the moon 50 years ago, right? Banking app development is not rocket science. This app is about as reliable as a Harley Davidson engine. It looks like I’m going to see if Indian offers a credit card.

The most Useless irritating app I’ve ever used. I deleted the app then waited 4 months. Downloaded it again still irritating. deleted once agin I’m done. good luck if you’re going to try it.

The app always is having technical difficulties. Trying to get customer service to help is useless!! What a joke!!

I have had nothing but trouble since the change. I mean are you gonna fix it or let it be if leaving it be I’ll be canceling my card. Let me know, ridiculous!

US Bank and H-D VISA mobile app

Lack Availability

I just spent 6+ months working thru glitches with US Bank app and now H-D visa is on it’s own separate from US Bank. Now I’m experiencing problems with H-D visa. It’s not even a good app when it’s working. I would like IT people to test changes and updates before just “throwing it out there” for customers to “test” live with frustration. Too bad! Banks in general promote how great and convenient the mobile apps are spending lots of money on advertising and then have substandard products. Sad but true.

They change their app logon. Cannot get in. Keep asking for username saying it’s incorrect and also asking for security password saying it’s invalid. Waiting on a phone for technical support for hour! Still not working. So frustrated. I stop using the card.

Definitely needs bug fixes. The US Bank app worked great, but since H-D cut them loose and did their own thing(which is totally fine)it isn’t working for them at all.
