Can’t view monthly statements

Needs a fix. App locks up when trying to view monthly statements. Neither the iPhone or iPad can pull up the statements…

This app only gets worse!!! All the other negative reviews about this app since changing from US Bank are correct and now you can’t even log in!!! You want to make it Harley Davidson, how about producing a quality product like Harley Davidson?!

Whoever made this should just quit. I cancelled my card over how ignorant this app is to use and how I will not tolerate jumping through hoops to use it each time.

I figured I would update after reading so many bad reviews. I’m a couple of months in and it’s working fine. I can login with facial recognition and my account information is stored, as well as my bank details to pay the card off. Just like any other card. I’m not having any problems at all and while it’s not my primary card, it’s a good one to hand my daughter for small items to keep it going and so she’ll have some kind of backup…with a cool logo ?
On par with major banking apps but..

I tapped on request credit increase and got a message that I will be receiving paperwork mail on how to request my limit increase. So.. couldn’t just load a form or a phone number that says call us?
Constant updating really?

I get security updates, but every time I open the app...I am redirected to update. Logging in is terrible. Always different. CapitolOne and Barclays are way easier to access and manage once inside the app. Get it together! Geez!
