Used to work well now just prompts me “Check your network connection and try again.” Devs, please push a fix. Update 2019-07-19: The update today has it working again.

Great up until July 16 2019 we I no longer can sign into app. I get connection error! US Bank can not fix so I had to delete the please fix I enjoyed its ease of use.

One of the best mobile banking Apps. As of today they finally fixed the App after a week of “network connection” issues.

I’m glad they fixed it, so I changed my previous 2 stars back to 5. I use this app constantly to manage my account. It’s simple, easy, and lets me do everything I need to to quickly.

Worked great for a minute. Now, even after installing the “Bug Fixing Update” the app doesn’t work at all.

This app is total garbage. For the last week I received a “network error” and for the last 3 days all I get is “something went wrong error.” This is unacceptable in today’s app driven society. I paid my card off and will be canceling this week. Useless lack of customer concern from a bank with antiquated processes and over inflated interest rates.

I downloaded this app so I had all my electric pay for my bills. Can’t even get passed the log in. Ask me questions I never even set up as a security question. If I could give it zero I would.
