Not intuitive enough and a little buggy

The content is great, and I’ll continue to use the app. But… there is an automatic zooming feature on the map that’s very annoying. When you’re looking at rural properties and there’s only one listing in the frame, the map zooms in to that property, and when you zoom back out, if you don’t manage to get another listing into the frame, it zooms you right back in again. I’d like to make my own zooming decisions please. When you tap on a property on the map, the listing preview comes up at the bottom of the screen, and you tap it to open the listing — no problem there. But if you want to get rid of the preview and keep searching, you have to tap on the map, as opposed to swiping down on the preview like you would do with other apps. When you try to swipe down, it opens the listing again, as if you tapped it, not swiped it. Very irritating. I’d also like more flexibility in searching by lot size — smaller increments and a higher minimum than 50 acres. It’s Texas — there are huge ranches for sale all over the state. Zillow used to have the same issue and they recently increased it to 100 acres, but I don’t see why you can’t go 50-75-100-250-500-1000. Or better yet, just let me input my own number. Finally, if I search for properties with no HOA fees, nearly all the listings disappear, even though many of them don’t have HOA fees and say so in the property description.
