Miss old version

Jersongs

This version incessantly asks to shake the phone for feedback. Not fun when with client's. Zooming in on map becomes difficult as it auto moves you back to where you were over and over. Extremely annoying, but it is our only option. The older version never had these issues.

Dan Munoz-Seniors Trust Insurance Advisor

Big Dadd Acct

Am writing this here as currently, there is no site to apply a review for Dan's great efforts and experience in assisting Seniors in choosing their best options for healthcare. In my experience, Dan helped me understand there are much better options available than just standard Medicare. Matter of fact, I ended up with a plan (ASRP/United Healthcare), that is head & shoulders above everything else! And, I pay EXACTLY the same amount I was paying for Medicare, but with zero $ copays & zero deductibles, for most of their services. I even have six zero $ prescription drugs coverage, as well as free annual vision & dental exams, & much, much more. To say this new plan is better than Medicare is like comparing a 1957 Volkswagen to a 2018 Cadillac STS fully loaded! The key to all this tho....is Dan's acute understanding of what's available out there in the market combined with a sincere, genuine concern for each individual's health needs. Dan drives his business by honestly putting his client's needs first and utmost. Everything else is secondary to his care and focus on others. That's why, if you are a Senior and on Medicare or approaching that day, you should do yourself a HUGE favor and call Dan Munoz first. He will lead you thru all the options so can easily see what's best for you so you can make an informed decision. Call Dan at (281) 210-4091 and set up an appointment ASAP, you won't be sorry.

Erasure of Results

KikaParedes

Update: The app no longer kicks me out after updates to search criteria have been made but it does something else that I find extremely annoying. When I first put my search criteria for a home it automatically populates all listings currently available throughout the entire Houston area and surrounding counties. Now, previously when I relocated my map orientation it would populate even more results in that area as the criteria had changed to allow for more listings as opposed to the app's limit when applied to all of Houston. Now, if I were to reorient my map to a certain area (for which I clearly see at least some listings currently on display), all of the listings dissapear and it states that there are "no results" for the area specified. A few seconds ago there were at least some listings for that area. It is not until I completely zoom out of Houston until the app repopulates my matches. But, yet again, when I zoom into a certain area, all results are erased... restarting the app or reinstalling does not solve this issue. Original: When the application first updated it worked perfectly fine and is definitely easy to navigate but... It continues to kick me out of the app in the middle of a search and all the houses I had my eye on are no longer there. I may have to move the circular map a couple of times in order to get the same homes pop up. It has also been having trouble loading searches or any of the options on the main menu screen. For example, I wanted to look at my bookmarks because of an upcoming open house scheduled for this weekend and it continues to try and "load" them as when a person might have a bad internet connection. I've tried it at several locations where signals are strong with and without WiFi and the little wheel continues to turn. The same happens when searching for homes. I enter all my criteria and zero in on a location and then again... trouble loading. I stopped waiting after 10 minutes... Closing and opening the application does not resolve it either.

Dumbest app in the world

sxr71

These stupid clowns want you to re-enter your information for every contact you make. Wow. The level of stupidity here is unbelievable. It goes to show Texans shouldn’t be making apps. Leave that kind of work to people in actual cities. The app is as much of a joke as the ugly place they hail from. How stupid are these clowns? Just check the Trulia app to see how it’s done by half way intelligent people.

Bad - where is the old app?

Ice crem

I love the old app, it was easy to use, I sent a lot of listings to my clients, I never had problems. This one is just bad all the way!

Excellent upgrade!

RonDr

App has improved significantly. Excellent upgrade

Not an improvement at all

Mou$rat

Much more time consuming to get to the location you are trying to access looking for a house. When you type in the location (say subdivision) and you are then taken to the "filters" page - the "filters" page moves and you have touched the incorrect place - because the page shifted - and you have to start over. I have tried everything to get filter to show recently sold houses like it previously did, but it will not show recently sold houses. Do not like the new app at all. Very disappointing and time consuming.

This app is crap

ped314

Two years ago when I was looking for a house every day I was on this app. Now I'm in the market again and I have run a search 4 times for the Houston area and it comes back with no listings. None!!! I don't know what you did between two years ago and now but you need to undo it.

Great resource

gindiaries

This is a great app. It allows you to search for a home and save searches and receive notifications on those. Great way to do research and even share listing with family or realtor. The only tool I wish it allowed was to do more narrowed searches, by specific schools, range type etc. I know the full version the realtors have allows this but it would be great to have more access.

Totally Useless

TDL0176

The app is totally useless when searching for land/acreage or listings outside the Houston area. Even within the Houston area, there are missing listing that are found on the full website. App is slow to populate search results.
