Just use the computer. The App is frustrating.

Fix the price range option. Doesn't show any ranges or houses listed. I only use it for the more accurate taxes.

Something broke

I used this app many months ago and noticed that I stopped getting alerts in March (even though I made no changes). Went to run some searches and got no listings! I think something is screwed up with the filter functionality. Hope they get the message.

Made house hunting much easier.

Great app if it kept working

Works only about a 1/3 of the time. A filtered search will pull up "no locations found in this area" and later the same search filters will find houses.

SERIOUS Error with thiS APP!!!

HELP!!! Overall this APP has been great to use, but currently special attention is needed in how the APP works, or should I say ISN'T WORKING?!! I have noticed recent improvements have been made. I am appreciative of the new ability to remove folders no longer needed. One recent, very important page error I experienced today occurred when I chose to review my "Not interested" folder... The page folder "STUCK", and I could not leave to return to the table of contents! I attempted removing all items saved as "not interested, thinking this might fix the problem, but DID NOT!! I could not leave the page, or refresh it, so I left the APP & went to the APP Store to attempt to reload the page, but could not! I DO NOT want to delete the APP!! I have spent a lot of time saving a large quantity of information over time since I first loaded the APP. I do NOT want to have to start over!!! PLEASE fix this issue!!!

Wish I could give it a zero

This app is terrible it never works and it zooms out to view north and south america on the map lol and you cant even zoom in

Good, but lot of improvements needed

1. Make it possible to copy address, or make it possible open in google maps, but it's better to copy for ux. 2. Taxes, last 3 years - good. But please add total percentage and actual tax without exemptions. It would be useful 3. And, please near the maintenance fee add for realtor what is included. I think it would be a good place to see that water or something else is included.

Don't Update Your Ap!

Charlie Torrez

This new version for the iPad is bad! The entire look and feel of the ap has changes, as has the way filters pop up on the map search. The iPad version seems to be more like the iPhone version instead of the desktop version. I prefer the desktop version. The map shown on the map search function zooms out very far to show the entire city instead of the community in which I am searching, that happens after I select different options in the filters. The map also likes to pan by itself, which I hate. I wish I could go back to the previous version.

Completely Useless

HAR is completely useless if you're looking for a house or property to buy. Over 95% of the notifications for new property listings are already under contract or pending. I guess they delay notifying you about new listings so that you can see what you missed out on by not signing up with a realtor. If you're looking for new listings on houses or property for sale don't bother with HAR. I have had notifications set for over three years and on the rare occasion that I get a new listing notification that's not already under contract its usually something that's way overpriced for its area. I lucked out and found a house by driving through a neighborhood. I was able to pull up the listing on HAR but the new listing notifications from HAR didn't hit my inbox until two weeks I made an offer with an earnest money deposit to the seller. Of course, the new listing was "pending". They definitely have it set that way so don't waste your time unless your using it to lookup properties that have a for sale sign in the yard.
