Good idea...WAY to expensive

App has good interaction and is a good tool but price is insane. They basically hijack your info and then charge a boat load to get it. Redo your pricing and make it more reasonable (like $.25/report) and I would use the app. A pen, paper and iPhone work just as good and they are free.

The app is only free for 14 days. They inform you in an email but not before installing the app. This is sneaky!

I got the app from Facebook and it was the wrong app. Nothing in it worked except for registration. Downloaded the new app and I get server error please download new app lol. Sorry it doesn't work at all.

Almost everything about this app rocks except the delays after taking pictures during an inspection, and the slow upload speed of the reports. If not for that I'd rate it 5 stars.

Robbed of time and money!

I upgraded because I did not get an option to print or email my reports from the 5 free subscription... I only got a pop-up requesting me to upgrade. Because I had already inspected 6 units and had their data in this app I decided I'd upgrade to the ten. After my upgrade I went to the reports and guess what - the share button only got me the same pop up. I waited forever for it to update but it didn't. So I turned off my phone and I rebooted it. That change nothing so I deleted the app. I went to the app store and downloaded it again. When I set it up it wouldn't let me login saying I had too many devices. We were able to go and disable all the devices from the web link so that we could log back in with the app but are still unable to print or email any of the reports! We keep getting directed to the upgrade pop up word either gives us an upgrade or cancel choice or crashes. One of our devices can reach the data and photos - the other cannot - but neither can get any of the info entered OUT. BIG WASTE OF TIME. We are taking screen shots not to retrieve our data and having to pay our workers by the hour! You guys got to fix this, give us our money back and all the information we entered into your app! I waited for hours for a reply from your chat windows and left my email but no response - my next move is apple and our cc company to block payments. This would have been great - too bad!


I can't believe they gave out my password!

Horrible customer service, no return phone call when asked. Someone gave my acct info to a company even though I paid for it so they could use it. If they are willing to give out your password, what will they do with your credit card number??


They Stole My Money

I had purchased credits for my inspections. They changed their subscription to a monthly fee and told me they would refund my money. They never refunded my money and now my credits have disappeared and never refunded my money as promised. Avoid this company at all costs!!
