I have been very pleased with flexibility to customize the reports to my needs with one exception, I wish the rating description could be edited, but I use it regularly since I downloaded it.

best software in the world
I own over 500 properties and do move in inspections. I use all the Top Real Estate Software from Propertyware on. This is the best APP I have every had period. Not just in Real Estate but in every APP I have ever bought.
Great App for Inspections

I use this app for all of my inspections: move in, move out, periodic and new property intake. It's very easy to learn and very flexible. I can add or delete areas and items on the fly. The reports are professional looking and easy to email directly from the app. Currently I'm a one person shop, so I don't have a need for cloud storage, but the Dropbox feature is great as it allows my to send reports direct to my computer files. I'm happy with it for the price and flexibility. The only change I hope to see in future versions is for reports to have the pictures in the same section as the related comments. In the current version, all of the pictures are placed at the end of the report.

This is a great app! You can use it for any kind of property inspection you need to do, I use it for both Residential Leasing and Vacation Rentals. I like using this app because it is easy to use and very customizable. Once you have completed your inspection, the app generates a professional PDF report that is easy to save to your records and share with your Property Managers. If necessary this PDF report is professional enough to share with your Owners as well. This is a customer friendly company that is always improving due to listening to their customer feedback. If you are looking for an inspection app that is easy to use and professional, look no further.

Really like the program. Very easy to use and clients like it very much. Would like to be able to change terminology. As an example "Landlord" does not apply to our business; "owner" would be better. There is no reason to have "Tenant" so it should have the flexibility to delete it. All in all.... Excellent

This is a great app– we use it both in our property management side of the business as well as our home inspection division. It is very adaptable, easy-to-use and very efficient in the field. We operate this on several devices are looking forward to being able to sync the devices so we operate as a unit – we understand this feature is coming soon. I highly recommend this product.
