How it works:
Each vehicle come with a nice rendition of a dashboard packed with some of the most identifying features for that vehicle all made to be manipulated by young drivers. Sitting on top of the dashboard is your windscreen which will show exactly what your iPad’s back camera is seeing.

The interactive dashboard and the windscreen together give kids the feeling of piloting the vehicle for real. Just choose a vehicle from the main menu and get ready drive, honk, splash, wipe, accelerate, blink, blast, ping, dive and much more...

If your child (or your inner kid...) want to do all this in the living room, in the back seat of the family car, in the back yard or any other place you can think of, is up to you.

Included vehicles:
There are currently 4 different vehicles included with the following features and sounds. We will add more if you like the app. Please tell us about your vehicle and feature suggestions at facebook.com/happipapiapps

New way to play with the iPad!
amorenew

This is a one of a kind app that is designed to get your child up and moving around! It turns your iPad (using the camera) into a fire truck, car, helicopter, or sub! The child gets to look thought the windshield at their own house or yard! There are many touch features while you are playing like spraying water in the fire truck ( my son would drive up to me and spray me!) flashing lights/ sirens and many more! Cute simple and creative!

Get those wiggles out with rescuing and running around!

Happi Full Throttle is a fantastic app designed for active play. Follow the parent recommendations to encase your device in something protective like an OtterBox, because the child must move around with it to really have fun. There are four transportation environments for the child to explore: firetruck, helicopter, sportscar, and submarine. Each has a different feel, but are related enough to be friendly to a youngster. Great to get kids moving! There are just so many things to love about this app! It's simple and focused, which is a huge bonus. It's obvious what to do from the first screen. The play is exploratory and active, so it engages the mind and the body. It would be great to see this in use with a couple of kids with iPhones all pretending to go to a rescue of some sort. What a great expansion of play!

Original, fun and engaging app

This app is fun for young children and helps build creative imaginative play skills. The app allows a child to be in the drivers seat of different vehicles and even a sub. The different features in each vehicle are fun to explore, see how they work, and what sounds they will make. Also, with the use of the camera, the child can walk around their environment and really get into heir role of operating the vehicle. The firetruck has been a hit with the use of the water hose and pretending to put out fires.

Great to move around and practice cause & effect!

My family loves this app! My three year old enjoys that all of the switches and buttons on the different vehicles (fire engine, helicopter, car, & submarine) worked. I like that the buttons help with the understanding of cause and effect. This app uses the camera to "drive" and the boys( 3 & 5) thought it was great to run over mommy. I also liked that this app got the boys up and moving around the house.

So much fun

This app was so much fun. What a great way to engage a child in using the iPad but also requiring them to be active. I loved the way it helped kids to understand cause and effect better.

Very Good App
Finicky Mama

This is a very good app, especially for 4-6 year old boys. I would definitely recommend that parents make sure their iPad is protected before they let the little ones truly enjoy this app. I like how this app has taught some sounds and ideas that have extended vehicle play without being connected to an iPad.

Fun

Thanks for another wonderful app. My students love the different options and clear graphics.

Cute, but wouldn't pay for it unless kids are vehicle obsessed

This one did nothing for my 4 year old daughter, but could imagine that my son would have enjoyed when he was that age. Biggest problem is that the cool part is that it uses the camera to drive around the house, but it is awkward with a case on and I'm not sure I want kids running around house with my iPad. Sitting on the couch with it isn't as fun though.
