Great, when it works. But it doesn’t work!

Have to re pair after every use now. Sometimes twice. Sometimes it never re pairs, just the audio. Very disappointed in this company and these headphones. Since purchasing, they’ve been not functional longer than they have been. That equals a waste of money. Downgraded to one star. Since last update ALWAYS pauses session after 1 second of “poor” connectivity. This is while holding both hands with headphones on my head, fully saturated primer with salt water and zero movement. Doesn’t work at all
Terrible app which makes the “neuro priming” useless

Sport 2 headphones will not connect to app. iOS says the things are connected both the headphones and headphone audio. I’ve reset the headphones and forgot both devices several times over the course of an hour. I was never able to get these things to connect. (iOS 12.4) halo app 2.1.7. Update. I deleted app and now I can’t even sign in. It just spins. I thought perhaps password was wrong, so tried reset password and that does not work either. It’s been 1.5 hrs and no password reset email.
Save your money until the devs fix the app

Always had issues with pairing like most of these reviews indicate. In fact I still do. Now the app screen just freezes asking me “are you ready to prime?” Yes I am, why do you think I loaded all this up? This hack-produced app has never worked correctly. Their developers seriously need to fix these long existing bugs.

I bought the Halo Sport 2 after reading great reviews. I had a lot of hope. However, after constant connection issues I had to send it back. I exchanged it for a new one because I really wanted it to work! Now I have the new one and am jumping through hoops just to get it to connect. On top of that, I can’t even log into the app after many attempts. It can’t reset my password either! Halo has a lot of bugs they need to work on.

So far very challenging to pair with phone and get wet enough to start priming. Use two phones and switch back fourth not easy. Jury still out if I will continue using.

found the app a little difficult to use. nothing states to push on the logo to begin pairing process , statement sayung ti pair another pair of hesdphones confusing

There is an issue with the primers but the company is working on it and sending new bands every so often. Once fixed I will up the stars.

Very difficult to maintain contact through a complete session. Needs improvement. (Response to developers comment follows) When you contact support you get the same set of instructions, over and over. ( as repeated here) Do you think I’m a moron? I preordered this product and have had it since first wave of shipments. I’ve read the instructions and followed them carefully, still cuts out 3-7 times per neuropriming session. Your product is awesome. However, it is flawed, now the nibs are breaking up. Fix it
Just consistently bad equipment

Couldn’t tell you whether the tech works or not because I got sick and tired of spending 10+ minutes each time trying to get this piece of crap (my second unit, btw) to get a good connection. Tried cutting my hair, leaving it longer, getting on the bike while dripping from wetting my hair so much... don’t waste your money or time.
