Ugh

dniddy

Does not keep contact even after soaking the leads. Needs to be more consistent and easy

I wish this worked

My first headset had a problem and it was replaced by the company. The new headset also has problems. As everyone else mentions, getting connection is problematic. My head is currently soaking wet as I’m trying to get good connection. Neuropriming begins and immediately stops giving a loud beeping sound into my ears, no way to turn it down. As a musician, the amount of water that drips down from this headset is problematic since it drips into my instruments. I wish this worked. The promise of this technology is amazing, the reality is disappointing. I’m not wealthy and this was a big expense. Halo sport, please offer a solution

Not really impressed.

FireFlier7

I’ve had the Halo2 for about a year. It has always been difficult to get “good contact”. And I virtually no hair to speak of top of my head. I tried for many weeks to get something out of this product and gave up. I attempted using the product again over the past two weeks. The neuroprimimg process is till as frustrating as it ever was. 4-6 attempts soaking the electrode nibs, wetting my scalp, etc... This Halo 2 starts and stops dozens of times during each neuropriming session. If I take a bandana and strap it over the headset and below my chin, I can get reasonable contact, but it becomes painful after 10-15 minutes. So far, not impressed.

Audio only after working just fine

X3D_LifeGrapher

I bought Halo2 after hearing about it on Dave Asprey's podcast in the fall 2019. After a couple months and an iOS update to my iPhone XMax, my Halo2 connects Audio only. I downloaded the app on my wife's iPhone X and my son's iPhone 11 to see if the audio only Bluetooth connection existed. The Halo2 connected to the app on those iPhones for audio and neuro. There are a few prime band nibbles with the gray rubber torn , exposing the black plastic ends underneath.

Poor connection

Noah's Heart

I soak the electrodes for 60secs prior to use and get what I feel is a great scalp contact, but the device runs in cycles of Poe connection throughout the neuroprinting

Pairing issues

jcyclist

Can only get it to pair with an iPad. No longer pairs with my phone.

Won’t pair

Alldavid

My headset won’t pair with phone anymore. It used to pair just fine, but now there is nothing I can do to get them to work. This is really disappointing because I really enjoyed working with them.

Great idea not so good execution

double_zero

I’ve had this for a few months and in the beginning everything seemed great. But the connecting band with the water soaked nibs wears down and you need to soak them completely to a point where you are soaked. Today it took three soakings to be able to finish my 30 minute priming session. The customer support is unresponsive. I want my money back.

Not for people with hair

StellainLa

Spend more time trying to get to work than priming. If you have longer hair, not for you.

Software update

kifr88

Have the Halo 2, everything was fine until the latest update, now the app is super sensitive to contact with the prongs, if I don’t physically hold the headset down I get 0%, meaning my headset is pretty much unusable right now. :-(
