Terrible app

Several weeks ago playback error appeared. Commercials came in loud and clear, but no shows! Followed customer service to delete and install again. Did not work. Miss catching up.

Definitely do not waste your money. I thought there would be more current movies in the app, boy was I WRONG!! No the movies on there were 8+ years old. It was very rare to have a Mystery movie that was sort of current. Most of the others were not that great. Not all of the shows are in there so you’d have to skip seasons.

Well, two days ago, I could watch Hallmark on both my ipad 2 and 3. Then yesterday, after your update, I can’t watch on either device. All I get is a sign that says, “Playback Error.” However, that Taltz ad sure plays perfectly! Please fix this. Thank you.

When using the voice app for the visually impaired, it was kind of hard to navigate the app. Then I'm having trouble receiving the live streaming. I am signed in with my cable provider.

All of a sudden the app on my iPhone, iPad and Firestick stopped working! Ugh!!! Come on Hallmark. Get it together.

I want to watch the shows on the app because I LOVE Hallmark!!! But I cannot because I put in the CORRECT email and password but it does not work! Please let me know why it does not work very soon! I hope it will get fixed I can not wait to use it but until it is fixed my rate is a one star.

Can’t watch live

I used to love this app. I could watch movies while in my studio crafting. Now every time I try to watch The Hallmark Channel live I get an error message about Hallmark movies and Mysteries channel which I don’t want (and don’t subscribe too). Taking app off my phone as it is now useless to me. Oh well all good things must come to an end. Goodbye Hallmark Channel ?

Totally disappointed with this app! When I first got the app they were way more movies now it’s just mostly home and family and a sprinkling of movies. Very disappointed, you need to add more seasons of Good Witch!

Live Channels not working!

I am scratching my head. I have logged in with my tv provider credentials and the on-demand works. Unfortunately neither the Hallmark Live Channel or the Movies & Mysteries Channel work. For the live channels I get a message saying those channels are not part of my tv package. Not only have I double and triple-checked this, but if if Hallmark was not part of my package why would on-demand work? Very goofy......

I enjoy tapping on app when having down time & traveling away from TV. The reason l gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is bc the streaming stops or is out of sync sometimes--more often than any other streaming apps l use. This problem is also true on the HallmarkEverywhere Channel. Hope Hallmark can match the streaming quality of Prime Everywhere & Neflex at some point bc l really appreciate Hallmark's family friendly movies!
