I have only subscribed for maybe like 2 months and not watched it a lot. But it has been great. I might have older tv shows and / or movies but we don’t have tv so I don’t know about that. I love the more wholesome shows on it. The app has been doing great. Tonight it did want to stop the picture but the sound keep going. So I don’t know if my internet is going slow or what but i do like the shows.

This is awesome! Have always loved the Hallmark channel when we had cable but stopped watching the cable network of any kind because of the commercials. Even tried a DVR to fast forward through commercials, didn’t like that either. When your paying for something you shouldn’t have commercials forced on you! Keep up the good work, just love this and have already recommended to all my friends and family. Thanks Hallmark for the commercial free movies!

Terrible subscription process and device connectivity

Tried to cancel could not do it subscribed for one year beginning in March 24 2018. Tried to cancel. Customer support said the app would once but now will not support Apple HDMI connection. Just a huge frustration. The customer support ZEN sure lacks the ability to help fix things

I received “receipt” that I automatically paid for app but no app icon appears on my screen. How do I get the app w/o paying again???

We love this app. It’s such a good deal. We have enjoyed most of the movies. All aren’t Hallmark but most are. A good choice when you don’t want to spend a bundle on channels you won’t watch
