I have fios why do I need to pay to use this app?

I have Fios and hallmark movies and mysteries are included. Why do I have to sign up again to use this on my phone outside of the house?
Doesn’t work on my AppleTV

The streaming to my AppleTV stops withe a message that cannot stream to more than two devices. I am only watching on one device. I contacted support several weeks age and was told that they would have to fix the problem. I really don’t would like to watch the movies without any interruptions. This also happens on the amazon Fire.

I really love the Hallmark Movies Now. However, I rate it 3 stars because of technical problems and unable to cast with my chromecast as well as on my fire stick. I’ve made numerous calls to the support number but EVERYTHING is automated and there’s no one to speak to. In addition to that I’ve emailed the support team. They acknowledged that they were experiencing difficulties and it should be fixed in a month! Well, now do I continue to pay Hallmark? I don’t think so.

I just love the Hallmark Movie content. It’s incredibly well done and I am drawn in to each character. I’m so glad I got the app!! Yay!!!

These movies are depressing! Nothing at all like the Hallmark Channel. Old movies that are terrible with a couple of ok ones thrown in here and there. Save your money. I don’t write 1 star reviews ever but this app earned it. Smh

I paid for the year because I enjoy the channel. It there are no Movies from the tv channel and many many of the movies are not recent. The content is not being updated either.

Maybe it’s because I expect to watch up to date movies. I’ve never heard of any of the hallmark movies on this app. I wanted to be able to watch more yearly up to date movies, but these don’t exist on the app. Also streaming didn’t work for me with the app.
