Wish It Was Closer To Hallmark Channel

I travel lots so I don’t have cable at home and was hoping that this app would allow me to watch the movies I love but don’t always get to watch because many hotels don’t have the Hallmark channel. After months of paying a high premium for this channel, I’m disappointed. I pay for other network channels and I get to watch what I miss. Hallmark doesn’t give me the same opportunity and I pay almost 3 times more for Hallmark than other network channels. On a positive note, they did have more movies with people of color as main characters in love than the Hallmark. That was refreshing and raised my rating. Unfortunately, it’s not enough for me to keep paying so much.

Don’t be deceived this app only allows select movies and original content. What you cannot do is watch either of the Hallmark Channels. Sad, the annual or monthly fee would be perfect for access to current programming otherwise I guess they just don’t get watched. You guys are missing out on tons of money from those of us cutting the cord and dumping the dish.
Unable to connect to server!

Joined 11/29/2017, the last time I was able to watch a movie was 1/26/2018. App on my iPhone and iPad says unable to reach sever. No matter where I am. Reached out to customer service and still no resolution. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times and removed devices. Still unable to use. Cancelled subscription online...no refund..cancels 11/28/2018.

This app is a welcome relief from, what I see, as a continued decline in watchable TV. I love to watch it in the evening, just before bed. It’s a great way to relax.

I signed up for the free trial expecting to be able to watch the same things I would be able to see if I was watching on TV. This is NOT the case. There are only certain movies and shows, mainly older things many of which I’ve already seen. Not sure why I would want to pay for this if I can’t even see the new movies on here.
It won't open

I just upgraded this app. Now it won't open. Please fix it because I use this App every day. I don't want to go through withdrawals! ?
App doesnt work on ipad

App has noot been working on ipad for the last week. It immediately exits app. No way to contact support to resolve. Only reason I haven't cancelled subscription is it does work on Roku and iphone.
