Will not let you log in or save any information on the app. It would be faster to call and book an appointment by phone. Don’t bother creating any kind of account for this app.
New app version is a bust

Whoever updated this app broke it. It’s too complicated and incomplete. It’s very difficult to use and navigate. Please fix it.

This app used to work great to make appointments and see your history. Now it is unusable. I cannot log in, I cannot make appointments. It is utterly useless. I’ve tried all the usual- deleting and re downloading, etc. A functioning app would mean more business!

Some things are better left alone. This new version is horrible in every way. Takes 5 times longer to book an appointment than the older app. It’s very cumbersome too. I just call in to make my appointments now. Very disappointed.

UI is terrible, no flow, doesn’t save login information. The app used to work fine, new management wrecked it.

This app used to be nice. I enjoyed being able to make appointments and check in with the app. Now I cam't log in, cant change the password, cant register a new account, and customer service does not respond. Worthless app. Take your business somewhere else.
