App as working fine until now. Why did an appointment I booked a couple of weeks ago fall off the face of the earth? Had to reschedule and now there is a new login page that opens. This is utterly a pathetic experience. BTW, is you require my credit card to book an appointment, then I will find another place to get my haircut. I have used Hair Cuttery for as long as I can remember and I have been going to the same current location for years....even after moving further away. Experience now is really pathetic
Have to Login in multiple times and it still fails

Registered email and password, go through the process to make a reservation for 2. Asks for my name and email again (even though I’m logged in supposedly), asks for my son’s email (not happening so I enter mine again), then after I choose an available data and time, it asks me to log in again at which point it doesn’t recognize my credentials. Garbage. I’ll just stick with Great Clips since at least their app works.

Downloaded the app to make an appt for my stepdaughter. I entered her name as a Family Member in my profile but cannot make an appt specifically for her.

I downloaded the app. Made my appointment and they where ready for me at my scheduled time. No problems. Autumn in Laporte is great.

Never works. Constantly asks you to login after you’re already logged in. It just plain doesn’t work.
Summer 2020 update ruined this app

I don’t know why it was changed but up until July 2020 you could easily make appts for you or any family member, check your upcoming appts, see your visit history, and more. After the change, you cannot do any of these things. It is now a glorified location directory with non-functional buttons and links. I’m surprised they released this to the public.

New update is absolutely terrible. Not requiring a login makes no sense at all. I can no longer see all my family members when trying to book appointments. It takes 10x longer to book an appointment. And I can no longer see my appointments that I booked in the app. Absolutely terrible update.

Worse app ever super buggy. Can’t select multiple options. Needs tons of info only to say after you creat account login not required for appointment. Also saloon not holding to schedule. Now 20 minutes pass my booking time.

The app used to work ok, but since they changed it’s terrible. The app wants you to login, but then tells you it’s no longer needed. My biggest issue is I no longer can see my sons upcoming appointments and I can’t get a hold of his person to confirm - super frustrating!
