Just a waste of time

They should just delete the app from the store. The UI is horrendous and it won't let me log in, period. And without that the app is worthless.
Latest version is terrrible

The prior version worked great and was just like the pictures on the App Store. You could easily see your prior appointments, pick a date and time and book your appointment. The new version is terrible. Now that Hair Cuttery got bought out the app just sends you to a website. The whole pricing structure has changed, the website does not work well via mobile, and if the account is in your name you can’t easily just make an appointment for two guests not including yourself (like kids). It’s more frustrating than helpful and forces you to just call the salon. Combined with the much higher pricing, HC is going in the wrong direction. If it wasn’t for my great stylist, I’d already be going elsewhere.
Can’t Log into App- Keeps taking me to Log about page

I am trying to log in & the app keeps cycling me back to a log out page. Over and over and over. Never used to do that. Can’t view my upcoming appointment.

I have attempted to schedule an appt several different times with the app and it is never successful. It would be convenient if it was, but I can never get it to fully book and wind up having to call.

This app takes several steps backwards. Why would you have the use log in AFTER filling everything out to make an appointment? That makes no sense. Once logged in you should stay logged in for anything you do. Also, why do I have to log in all over again every time I use the app? It should remember my is and password and use face or fingerprint log in.

No longer tracks pending appointments. Was useful in previous versions but now lacks any functionality. You can book an appointment, but it isn’t stored and you can’t track it. Pretty much useless.

Worthless app. Never works. Constantly freezes. Gets all the to them finish line and then stops. Prior version worked very smoothly, this is a disaster.

Terrible, suddenly can’t make the salon I go to my favorite and it doesn’t sync with my google calendar even after I’m ask to if I want to. Just terrible.
Could not login
Not able to login.
I booked a 1st appointment online and created an account. I then downloaded the app and clicked the login on the app. It just returns to the map. No way to login.
