I’ve probably downloaded virtually every app in the App Store that promises to provide me a structured gym workout. And I’ve deleted just as many after learning that I would be doing the same 3 workouts, week after week. I get bored! I like variety. I like to change things up. And this offers that! I chose my first program, a 4-week program and I have 5 workouts a week, each one different - for the entire four weeks! The program is very user friendly and if I absolutely HATE a particular exercise (like burpees - yuck), I can swipe and swap for something that works similar muscles but is less putrid. I’ve been sore in all the right places and feel genuinely challenged. And I was able to choose among many different programs to do exactly what I wanted! And if you have any questions as you go, tap that “coach” icon in the corner and, by god, the coach is RIGHT THERE! It’s amazing how quickly they respond, and it’s not a canned computer response - but your coach talking to YOU! You carry him with you to the gym. How can you beat that? I’m happy as a I can be with this app!

I love this app! It gives step by step direction on what I need to do. There’s even a swap option if there’s an exercise you can’t do. It keeps me on track and I can choose the program I want to do. Love this app and would recommend to everyone!

I use this app 3-5 days a week and I love the variety. I can use the plan that I have set up or switch it up if I want something different. All the exercises can be done in a gym or at home and the plans can be modified for what you want.

I have been working out for about ten years and in the past I have kept a book of workouts, but I rarely use it anymore. Gym plan has taken the guesswork out of workouts and made it easy to find and organize my days at the gym. It has 100 of workouts, it’s easy to navigate, keeps a history of what you have done and if you don’t like and exercise you can swap it out. It also has timers and videos for each exercise so that you can be sure your getting your form correct. The trainers at gym plan are so quick to respond and help with any questions you may have. I really love and rely on this app now.

There’s something for everyone

The app is pretty diverse for your skill level and activity level. There’s your basic split body part training and if you need to jazz it up you can throw in mobility training and dictate how long you want it to be. I think the app gets better and better with more customization added every few updates. I know there’s a way to track progress but I don’t utilize that.

I have to say that this is an app that really makes a difference. I have been working out using their plans and seen great results. It’s hard work. But the team are always around to support you. Amazing app and amazing support.
