Coach in your Pocket – Gym Plan - Workout & Tracker Review

I’ve probably downloaded virtually every app in the App Store that promises to provide me a structured gym workout. And I’ve deleted just as many after learning that I would be doing the same 3 workouts, week after week. I get bored! I like variety. I like to change things up. And this offers that! I chose my first program, a 4-week program and I have 5 workouts a week, each one different - for the entire four weeks! The program is very user friendly and if I absolutely HATE a particular exercise (like burpees - yuck), I can swipe and swap for something that works similar muscles but is less putrid. I’ve been sore in all the right places and feel genuinely challenged. And I was able to choose among many different programs to do exactly what I wanted! And if you have any questions as you go, tap that “coach” icon in the corner and, by god, the coach is RIGHT THERE! It’s amazing how quickly they respond, and it’s not a canned computer response - but your coach talking to YOU! You carry him with you to the gym. How can you beat that? I’m happy as a I can be with this app!
