This is the only app I have found where I feel like the workouts are tough enough to get me to where I want to be physically. Most weightlifting apps have custom plans but they’re way too easy, or are just full body everyday. This app has great workout routines with many to choose from.

The app is super easy to use and the workouts are really effective. I’ve already noticed a change in my body. I love that I can understand proper form through the videos. I never stick with one app for too long, save the special ones, and this one is special. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I don’t review much because not much is worthy of my time. However, this app is incredible. Trust the time. Trust the process. Do the workouts. Watch the videos. You will wake up a few months later and be satisfied with the results.

Go to the gym and know what you are doing! They have videos that explain if you don’t know how to an exercise.

Had to give up my trainer last year and am gym dummy. I need someone to tell me what to do with what equipment in order to get the results I want. This app is helping me tremendously. I am sore afterwards and the workouts really get my heart rate up!! I got the subscription because I want all of the benefits and it costs just a little more than one session with my old trainer. I love that I can ask a trainer questions also!

I was considering getting a personal trainer...but the monetary investment had me second guessing if it was worth it. So I decided to do it by myself. I had no clue...vaguely remembered doing 3 sets of 10 during high school...figured I would alternate between arms (every freaking machine that had an arm on it) and legs (same) and beast out abs, back and cardio daily...eeehhhh. So then my friend said why don’t you try this app called gym plan...it’s not expensive, gives you an organized plan, variety of exercises, gives you macros (btw I was eating whatever and had no clue as to what a macro was...), and you have access to a coach for guidance. I mean that’s a lot of great stuff for like $8/month...I figured if it totally sucked I’d just discontinue. Well let me say that so far I absolutely love it! This app keeps me focused on a set goal; the coaches actually help (suggest plans for those of us who are clueless, check on you and your progress) and respond in a timely manner to your concerns; I feel like I’m making progress; and there are tons of workout plans to challenge you so you won’t get bored (you can record the weight you lift to track progress, videos so you can see form and what machine/equipment to use, plans are customizable). I say give it a try.

I had always worked out in group classes with instructors so when my husband and I switched to an actual gym I was so apprehensive bc I love having structure from my coaches. But with gym plan I always have a great workout planned for me and have been sore EVERY day since starting!! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!!

I am the person WHO NEVER PAYS FOR AN APP, until this one!! I have been going to the gym for a few months now but stay away from certain machines or weights Bc I feel like if I go do them, I'd look like a dummy. This app tells you what to do and if you don't know what that is...you just watch the 5-10 sec video provided right next to the plan! I LOVE IT! It once called for a certain machine that my gym doesn't have, I sent a text asking what to do in place of that...I got a response within 30 minutes. (I look over my plan the day before) This app makes me want to go to the gym. I'm on a 3 week plan now, but already have my next one picked out! This is really awesome and it's like you really do have a personal trainer. I would recommend this to everyone who wants a little more confidence at the gym. It gives me direction when I am there.
