The entire company is awful from the digital side. When subscribing never received the confirmation email they said I would receive for both Shooting Times and Guns & Ammo. This email was supposed to contain info for setting up access to digital subscriptions. Finally stumbled on the apps, and have had no success at all in viewing my subscriptions that I paid for. Just continue to receive error message that the app is having server issues. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied and would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this subscription service. At this point it feels like this may be a scam service.

I really don’t know what everyone is complaining about this is April 2018 the app works great on my Ipad I’m getting even back issues, for the price I paid this is well worth the money can’t be more happy. Maybe you should try downloading the app again after deleting it.

This has some of the worst digital access tech possible. Best solution is Texture, Readly or the dead tree version. The support is unresponsive therefore ineffective and useless. Guns & Ammo should shop elsewhere for a digital solution. Same with Handguns.

I subscribe to many digital magazines and this is the worst app I have seen. You can’t read offline and each page turn takes seconds to come up. Come on guys! You may know guns but you are clueless on technology. There are lots of folks who know how to do this. Pay one of them to do it right.
App crashes on opening, every time

I paid for a digital subscription so I could read it on my iPad Pro. The app crashes every time I try to open it. Just black screen and minimize, every time. The app works on my iPhone X but, it doesn’t make full use of the screen, it’s windowed and doesn’t do landscape. I can zoom to 1/8 screen or less to read, but that is just a few words at at time. If they offer a digital subscription and make an app to view and download it they should support the app! This is mandatory! This app needs support. As an iPhone or iPad app it is useless to me, but they got my money and lost a subscriber.
