First app I've ever commented on because it's that bad. I bought the print and the digital version. Digital version is a total waste of money. Glad it was only $3. Not worth .03 cents. Great magazine. You think they could get someone to write a quality app to simply read a digital magazine. I've seen the other reviews with the company stating they'll contact you in 24 hours. Unless they do a total rewrite, they cannot fix it.

I subscribed last week. I did have a problem with my subscription but it was very quickly resolved after emailing customer support. The App works just fine on my iPhone 8 plus and iPad mini 2.

Paid for a 1 year subscription through the app thinking I would get digital access right away. Wrong. Turns out you have to wait 7-10 business days before they even see your order. Customer service said I then have to call back after 7 to 10 business days and inquire about how to log on digitally. Wow! Just wow. How utterly antiquated and inefficient.

Great magazine and great content. Navigation is very awkward. Please figure a different way to get to the menus. Currently any time the screen is touched briefly the screen moved down making reading difficult and shows the menu. Maybe consider a longer press or maybe some sort of downward motion to access the menus. Also, and this is a big one...PLEASE figure a way to have the app RESUME where I left off reading instead of just starting at the cover screen. Super annoying.
Doesn't work with iOS 8

After downloading and installing ios8 on my iPad I lost all my downloaded magazines and it won't let me re-downloadany of them even though it says purchased. My subscription is coming up for renewal and I definitely won't be keeping it if this doesn't start working. I don't have a print subscription. Please fix this!

This app does not work with IOS8. I have paid for issues I cannot download and read. Either fix the app, or refund our money. At this point, this magazine is stealing from it's subscribers.
