Great mag, poor app

Neither Guns & Ammo more Handguns apps work after IOS upgrade. I can not download latest issues nor download previous purchases. These are the only two magazine apps that I have that have had IOS 8 problems. I am requesting my subscriptions be cancelled and reimbursement for the remainder.

Great job over there at Guns and Ammo now no issues appear after your IOS 8 update. Hopefully this gets resolved soon already on 2 months where I can't get my issues.

iOS 8 updates all fail to allow access to the publications I paid for. All four applications from this company did the same thing. They just say loading. Obviously no one is testing these applications. Certainly shows the company's commitment to this delivery method. I certainly hope we won't wait another month as we did before for an update to fix this.

Still doesnt work, just sits there with the message "Loading..." and never produces the content.

Wouldn't work with iOS8 for eons, finally after update managed to download a few magazines, but new releases are not shown as downloadable - only as Buy even though subscription is current. Customer support non existent. Absolute crap...

I'm a current subscriber to Handguns and Guns and Ammo magazines. After upgrading to iOS8 I can't open new magazines. I've sent 5 emails to customer support over the last 2 weeks without a single reply!!!! Please help of give me my money back!!!! UPDATE Still having the same issue... Even though I'm a current subscriber to Handfuns and Guns and Ammo magazines it's requiring to pay $4.99 for the lates issues on each magazine respectively. After sending emails to the publisher for over a week with no response I decided to post a negative review. Right after the posting of the review I got an email from the publisher (Customer Service - Travis Daniels) apologizing and with some steps to fix the issue and if that didn't work he advice to contact iTunes support since they were to blame. After contacting iTunes support (Laura) she verified that I in fact am a current subscriber and that everything was fine on their side and that I needed to contact the publisher to fix the issue. Now I'm back trying to contact the publisher unsuccessfully for almost a week!!!! Honestly, it's shame that the customer service is this bad since both are great magazines!!!
Terrible and false advertisement

I purchased the digital subscription through the guns & ammo's website. When I received the email to confirm my account, I click to confirm, and it redirected me to download the app from the app store, which I did from my iphone 6 plus. At this point, itunes continued to say "loading", and never progressed further. Also, when you try to search for the guns and ammo app on the iphone, it doesn't show up. When I seached itunes on the computer, it says compatible with ipad. HOWEVER, when I purchased the subscription from the website, it said it worked with iphone AND ipad. Furthermore, when I tried to access subsciber services on the g&a website, it said my account could not be found. sent a message to customer support, hopefully they respond. at this point, it was a waste of $15.
App doesn't work, no customer service.

Purchased subscription online so I didn't know what a failure it was until it was too late. After paying for the subscription the app still doesn't recognize my account and the only option is pay $5 for each issue. There is absolutely zero customer service for this magazine or app.
