What is said below is being kind to the developers.....this game is an absolute joke......whether you follow your own instincts or play the game/level as suggested by the movement of icons, most levels are either not achievable or must be played many, many times before successful completion.....not a game but a frustration exercise.....?! This game is BS......I have played Tier 3 of London’s item number 15 for what seems like forever and have cleared all the spaces probably between 8-10 times and have never been able to compile 360,000 points......on at least two occasions have reached 359,000 plus points.....what garbage.....if zero stars could be given, that would be too many.......a game should be achievable at some reasonable number of attempts.......? This game has gone from good to "crap" as each upgrade has been issued. The North Pole element is a "joke".....no matter how a player tries, failure seem to be all that happens. Have played the game for some time. While it is somewhat fun, it does not really allow the user to complete any city. Two observations/complaints.....first, challenges do not really give a user even a "fair" chance at succeeding, especially when all tiles are cleared but point levels are not achievable because low score matches are only offered. Secondly, when individual challenges are reshuffled 3-4 times in a row, those moves are wasted so player always falls a few point short of required point level. Games are only fun if chances of success are achievable, not when unfairly rigged.

I used to enjoy this game till Anchorage and you start adding this little figure. I can’t figure out how it works. Just to advance, I have to use a lot of coins! I guess it is time to switch to a different game. You just have been too greedy!

Looks like my gummy drop time is over. I have no boosts and since I’ve tried over 500 times (each time it leaves me with just one more move to win because it’s programmed that way). Seriously glad This is not a betting game because it would surly be rigged as this game is to just get your money. I’m not paying for instant gratification.

But they have made it very difficult to advance.....just be fair about it. And you only get 3 lives at a time then have to wait a while after you use those to play again. It’s getting boring.

Fun But a Few Changes Would Make it Better

I LOVE this game! I have been playing it for almost a year. Usually I play games, then after a few weeks I move them to my Old Game folder and never play them again. I know there's a few changes you can make to keep us gamers playing it for years. 1) When you run out of moves. A big screen pops up to tell you that but, the screen covers up the background so you can't see if you are almost successful at beating the game or not. If I knew how close I was and if it was only a few more tiles to beat the game, I would spend money for coins to win the level. 2) Another thing that annoys me is the method you chose for the free spin. I wish you would do it like other games for example let us tap on a tile within a group of tiles for free spins or other prizes. I know most players feel the developers, etc. build these games to set us up for failure so you get more money when we do fail, so we purchase more coins. Make it fairer so both the company and the players are happy. Remember happy players who know they are not being ripped off will play longer and buy more. I know I would.

The game has been stuck on a screen that says something like, “tournament is over, see you next time”. I’ve uninstalled and installed numerous times....that didn’t work. I’ve tried logging in and logging out....nothing.

I have played this game for years. It is the only game I play. This is the second time they have gone back and changed levels that used to be easy to win. Part of the rules of the game include going back to previous cities to get resources you need to continue in your current city. I guess too many of us do that and they want to force us to buy more. I contacted them the first time and let them know I considered that cheating since I made decisions based on the levels the way they were. I love playing the game but don't like cheating thus the 1 star rating.

I got a 32 GB 7th Generation iPad. The game has many glitches since installing on this new device. Frequently the screen freezes in the ads. The only way to get out of it is to completely close the game and restart. Too frustrating to use.

I love this game and have been playing for awhile. Up til a few days ago I would have given 5 stars but it dropped to 3 because I noticed several levels in a couple of cities have changed. These are my go to levels if I needed to drill for green gems or to sell resources. This has made me ?! I don’t know if I want to keep playing or not.
