Won't let me check out my order or look at my cart or do Anything without asking me to Verify My Number. When I click the verify button, nothing happens. Bad job. Really disappointed.
Money-hungry, deteriorating with every update

I had downloaded Grofers when their minimum order value wasn't absolutely ridiculous. Over time, I have seen it grow from 250 to 350, and ultimately turn into a system where you have to pay as much as 500 to some shops alone. It seems that with every update, their quality and regard for customers worsens - and the greed increases. I eventually had to switch to other grocery services.
Notification badge issue

Hi, since the last to last update I have this issue, on the app it shows there is a notification but when I open the app I don't see any notification tab or anything I was hoping that this would have been fixed with the next update but it looks like it has not, I would appreciate if this would be taken care off.

I selected a time slot of 6-9pm and they never showed up... They didn't even get in touch or anything. And then I got a call around 11pm from someone saying that they'd reached my house, but I'd stepped out for dinner by then (got tired of waiting!). The person who came was unapologetic and borderline rude... I decided that I wouldn't trust this app again. Zopnow, big basket, natures basket etc. Are better. Grofers is unreliable and useless! No proper customer service to help you out either ?
Good app not so good delivery

I like the app overall. I like the simple UI, but the delivery is not good, sometimes bad behaviour from delivery guys. The customer care is okiesh.

At this point in time, I don't believe anyone in the market is capable to beat their prices and services. Customer service is great too. Grofers, is Making India Great Again! ;)

Great UI and very easy to use, no need to put too much brain in terms of ordering grocery n household products.

The app works seamlessly. I've used it on iOS and Android both. The user interface is simple and easy. Placed order without any issues and the products got delivered at 8 am in the morning ( in less than 15 hours from the time of order)! I'm satisfied. Way to go grofers!!
