Thought my first order exp would be good. Rated the app well. But still waiting for delivery 1 hour delayed hence dropped rating.

It has been a bad and quite a frustrating experience using grofer recently. I used this app to save some time for myself, but lately I have been spending more time with customers care, who in turn do no go and waste my time and energy ! So lesson learned , I have to move my butt , do my shopping myself and save some 11 MB by uninstalling this app !

I have been using this app for a while now. The service has been so bad lately that my last order was delayed by 48 hrs without any prior notification, citing "operational issues". Orders being delayed, getting messed up, lack of notifications, lack of response by customer service - Anything that can go wrong will go wrong with Grofers.
