Items missing from order

Most of the time, Grofers misses couple of items from your ordered list. They will refund the amount along with extra grofer cash. You will not be assured if you will get all your items delivered to you. If you have any thing needed immediately, request not to order from Grofers. I had done the same mistake twice.I had a party and I had ordered the items from Grofers but couple of items were missing from my ordered list. When I contacted them via chat and call center, they told they can’t deliver it today but they can deliver the item next day ( Available slots which is after 10 am).. I am really frustrated with Grofers now. I need to check alternatives of Grofers.

I was not home but the delivery guys took time to explain the items and list to the employees at home and then asked for cash. Highly satisfied and will order again. Definately.

My order was not delivered even after following for 3 days since delivery schedule. Each day they kept on removing items from list. There is no customer care number to talk. Pathetic App. Will never use again.

I placed 3 orders so far... their cash back deals are something that you get no where else. I also had a problem with an item in one of the order and the app is so intelligent to resolve my problem. Then delivery is always on time for all my orders, delivery boys are also very respectful... thank you Grofers Team!!!
