This app always seems to work for me when checking in. Please allow your app to select a specific available stylist. I'm sure your clock-in is digital so I don't see this being much of a big request. The range of experience in your establishments presents a necessity for this type of feature.

The app looks and functions well and checking in before you get to the store is great. However, if you check in with 0 wait time, you shouldn't wait 20 minutes.

This must be the worst app ever. I have been trying to launch the app for the past week and it doesn't launch. I've tried killing the app and reinstalling it twice. Why offer an app if you're not going to verify if it works.
Not Reliable Due to Store Staff

This is not reliable or worth the trouble. Now I just use it to see if they are busy or not. It may say 0 minute wait but you get there and wait 15 minutes.
No internet connection

Always get 'no internet connection' no matter what. Full bars, 4G LTE., WiFi, doesn't matter. Still saying no connection.
Avoid if you hate telemarketers

Used it once and all I get are telemarketer calls now. At least 4 times a day; and I am already registered to the do not call list. I know its this app because it rare that I give someone my phone number. Avoid like the plague.
Wait time estimates consistently incorrect

When checking-in using this app, you may be able to jump in front of people who didn't check ahead of time, however I've found that the app will consistently estimate "0 minutes" as a wait time and often it's closer to 10 minutes.
