It would be really helpful if there was a way to see the time and date of your last few check-ins, so you can see when you last got your hair cut!

I checked-in online 25 minutes ago, and so far 3 people who have walked in after me have gotten their haircuts. This is the second time this has happened to me after I checked in. This app is pointless, why waste time checking in. Better yet, why waste time coming here. You may have forgotten...for every Great Clips, there is a Supercuts and a Sportsclips equal distance away. Next time my choice will not be Great Clips. 0 Stars

The updated app constantly crashes and when finally didn't crash it required a super strong password. Why? So someone does get a haircut reservation using my info? This update is just a giant step backwards

This App has no directions on it. I probably signed myself up for a 5am appt by mistake. Please add in a few more written directions with your buttons!! This app is not user friendly upon opening it up.

Besides pissing me off, seems to accomplish nothing. I used to check in online and it worked fine.

Checked in and it said my wait was 32 minutes, then 42, then 52 and then 49 when I got here, so whole wait time is over an hour. It's a crapshoot when you will get your haircut

The first time was a little tedious because of registration but there after only two touches and they were waiting for me! I never wait, they send me coupons, and made the experience pleasurable

Great...when it works

This app is great when it works. Evidently the local store computer is responsible for making their online check in work. So if their computer isn't booted when they open, the app check in won't work. Also, if there is a line outside at opening and you check in via the app, other customers get really mad. Obviously the non-tech crowd's problem, but the stores don't seem to know what to do in that situation.
