Good but slow and keeps dropping days

I use this app every day and have been for months, but it's incredibly slow to load and slow within the program. It won't allow me to edit the current day's input after I've finished. I have to close the app, open again, and try to quickly hit the edit icon before it disappears/stops working. Sometimes takes multiple attempts. (It edits fine if you go back a day or more.) The worst thing is how it has started dropping days. It's aggravating to write my gratitudes and then go the next day to discover they have been erased. The whole day is missing. It doesn't do it every day, just occasionally. I get the quote popup afterward and see the post, but when I go in the next day, it's gone.

This app has a fantastic idea. However, it is not ready for market yet. I loaded the app and almost immediately started crashing. Now it won't even open after repeated attempts and reloads. I think this app needs more work. 1 star and not worth your time at this point.

I have used this app for a long time. The concept is fantastic. The app itself is only so-so. You lose control of any photos you take within the app. And today it crashed within one second of opening it. I tried several things, including deleting and re-downloading, but got the same results. I went to the developers support page and tried to submit a request for help, but it did not work. Even after several tries, I couldn't get my request to actually submit... just a spinning wheel of death. So I went to the "Contact" form on the developers webpage and submitted my help request there, but it says that support issues will not be answered via that "Contact" form. I sent it anyway. Really hoping someone will get it and respond. Not cool, Gratitude Journal. Please fix your stuff.

Like so many other reviewers I used to really LOVE this app.. I used it daily, and as a tool, it was really instrumental in some fantastic transformation in my life.. But several updates ago, the app went through a major overhaul that messed up many of my entries and distorted my photos, and then the next update DELETED ALL of my previous entries and photos.. :( it then also started to *require* that I sign in with Facebook or Twitter.. previously you didn't have to sign in at all.. your gratitude journal was your private, personal treasure on your phone.. much like if you used a written journal.. I've never been able to become comfortable with the new way the app works.. so i never used it again.. and sadly I haven't found another app that I like as much as the way this app originally was.. guess it's back to "analog" journaling for me.. Moral of the story: if it ain't broke... ?

I wish the creators of this app would have just left it ALONE!!! I hate it now..it deleted all my old entries & photos which I loved looking at & re-reading!!!!! WHY? WHY did they change it????? It was so beautiful! A one star review for this app now is way too many! Wow, guess I'm going back to a pen a paper to journal.?

Now crashes every time I try to open it. Unusable. This was great--the best, in fact--but now it requires me to log into Facebook and/or Twitter and see my list of friends, my info, etc. I would consider an email login if absolutely necessary, but you don't get my private social media info. Developer, fix it. You've alienated your loyal users with one upgrade--not good.

This is one of my favorite apps but recently it's been "buggy" and failing to open. I deleted and reloaded the app on phone and yet it won't open for more than a second before it abruptly "dies". Not sure if recent updates are the cause but can you please fix this bug?
