At first I was very grateful for this app. But then I realized it wasn't saving my journal, and now it's just crashing- not even opening. Big bummer. Loved the set up and quotes.

I have been using this app for a year and loved the format and on 9/28 I no longer could access my journal, and the response from the support was to delete app and start over which erases ALL the journal entries.
Wonderful app -- but data all gone!

Wonderful app -- but the most recent update deleted all my entries!!! I wish I had thought to back them up somehow. UPDATE: the updated app isn't working properly; whenever you close it, all your data disappears and you have to start from scratch again. Also, the time seems fixed at 12:00 am... Please fix this! I would like so much to continue using this app. I love the idea of keeping a gratitude journal, and this app has helped motivate me to do so -- I especially enjoy the inspirational quotes that you see after you submit an entry. Thank you!

I love the daily ritual of being grateful, but if you plan on going back and seeing what you were thankful for find another app. This app has deleted months and months of entries several times. And they offer no customer support
Lost everything!

Allowed the most recent app update and lost all prior journal entries! Decided to start fresh yesterday and nothing saved past midnight! So very disappointed! Moving on...

This app has eaten my saved entries more times than I can count. 10/5/16-- lost EVERYTHING. Again. That's it, I'm out. Total piece of crap.
Latest Update DOESN'T Delete All

Latest update DOESN'T delete everything. You just have to logout of the app and sign in, again. Everything is there, except missed days since last update, last week. Worked for me. ?
Lost all data after 4 months

I'm pretty bummed to lose all my data I collected over 4 mos. I haven't updated my iPhone yet, unlike other users. I really love the app, but now will stop using it after losing all entries and pics. Waste of $3.
