Contacted support after losing all entries and now can no longer open. App spins and spins and never opens. I was told this app will be discontinued as of 12/31/16 and the only way to save your entries (although I no longer have any) will be to PURCHASE their new app called mojo. Why would you purchase this when the free one doesn't work?! Terribly rude customer service!! Stay away!!!

I was using gratitude journal fine until today when I opened up the app and it said it had been changed to MoJo. The only problem is I can't update the app to the new mojo and it's locked me out of the program. Any news as to when this will be working? Thanks! WheresTheMojo

Grateful I found a new app

Maker retired the app on NYE of all days - because no one wants to start a gratitude habit on Jan 1, I guess?! After paying for this app, we are expected to pay AGAIN for the new app MOJO to continue writing and keep our profile. Continued moving launch dates for the follow on app, bringing this app "back to life" but unable to import new entries to the new app, etc. Too much hassle, there are several other free apps that do the same thing as this app.

I was enjoying this app right up until you decided to upgrade. The appropriate thing to do at that point would be to say, "here's how you download your entries", leave the app live until the new one launched, then give everyone a handful of days to switch over or bail entirely prior to shutting the app down. But no. Instead you say, "your entries are safe on the new app!", shut down the old app before the new one is even approved to be in the app store, and neglect to mention that we will have to PAY to access our old entries. You could have created a free version that allows people to download their old entries with an upgrade to Pro that allows them to actually use the new app, but you didn't. Am I supposed to be grateful you want me to pay you for MY entries? I'd rather lose the old entries and keep my money.

If you MUST charge existing users again, the new app should be free for at least a certain number of days (or with limited functionality) so people can download their old entries without being forced into purchasing a new app. Super shady.

Besides having to pay for new app (I'd rather just get my $ back and lose those entries), the dev on the Mojo app won't even let me progress past the landing page - it takes me to the Apple Store to an error page. And the impressively weird welovemojo.com site it temporarily took me to was so not designed for mobile - I couldn't even see the screen properly when I tried to leave feedback. And there was an oddly funny & cryptic note about not replying to emails and a weird google map that shows you're in Sioux City Iowa. It's quite a dada experience. But it's not worth 3.99. Can we get refunded please? Thanks!

You pay for this app fair and square and then they deny you access to your writing and pictures and make you PAY AGAIN!!!! Thieves. Was a good app but the maker is obviously in for a money grab and is evil and dishonest.

How UN-Grateful this choice of business behavior is to your previously happy app owners. When another year goes by will your new app be deleted and will you then "graciously" offer the grateful owners to pay additional money to access what they rightfully already own? ?? Is buying your new app the ONLY way I can retrieve my history in the now closed Gratitude App? Why would I financially support this type of business behavior? (Oh, ya you're holding my data captive!) I am grateful today that I have the integrity to let go of all my beautifully crafted personal messages and pictures instead of paying an unfair fee to retrieve them. Please do better if you care.

No Lite version at least? So Dissapointed!

The current app shut down and makes you buy the new one in order to see your Journal entries? Carla You have dissapointed all of us! At least you could've created a Lite version to access old entries and test out the new app, and maybe download old entries or something! Just horrible! I have no gratitude words for you or this app now!
