It's hardly can download your daily newspaper for various reasons and it is happened often. No server, no internet connection, crashed, you name it! While other newspaper and magazine app I have work smoothly...this one is terribly annoying...

perusahaan IT itu wajib sigap cepat tanggap terhadap perkembangan, dah ada ios 10 tapi belum update bro...jangan lupa servernya sekalian di upgrade biar gak lelet... wong itu 1 buku / majalah di beli banyak orang kan dapet duit berkali kali ?

The idea and selections are good, but that was few months ago. Now it cant download nor see the magazine that was previously downloaded and they still charge the monthly fee for the premium service. Been emailing tech support for the past few weeks, got no reply.

Ver 4.8.2 sangat slow utk download article

Setelah saya upgrade dgn versi terakhir 4.8.2, sekarang Scoop jadi sangat slow utk download/mengunduh article langganan saya. Padahal network saya tidak pernah ganti. Tadinya utk mengunduh article dgn size 44-50MB cuma perlu waktu 1 menit, sekarang dgn versi terakhir 4.8.2 saya memerlukan waktu 15-20 menit. Mohon diperbaiki. Terima kasih.

Took the name of Gramedia, this ebook application is fully terrible experienced to reading ebook that i ever had. Annoying force closed after browsing & few scrolling book cover display. Data server likely need to upgraded, very slow respond to download. Book format is still using pdf that very old for reading ebook, newer format like epub and mobi known most used all of ebook applications. User interface design like webpage a hundred years ago, nothing whistlist, brightness setting, etc.

Servernya sering down, lambat banget

Server sering down jadi berita2 koran agak sulit diakses. Kalau download failed selalu start dari nol lagi ga ada fitur resume, jadi ngabisin kuota.
