Its good apps before but now is horrible. Cant download anythings – Gramedia Digital Review

The idea and selections are good, but that was few months ago. Now it cant download nor see the magazine that was previously downloaded and they still charge the monthly fee for the premium service. Been emailing tech support for the past few weeks, got no reply.
