I find this app very unuser friendly. The search function is highly unreliable, I paid to upload a magazine recently, it uploaded but I cannot access the magazine anywhere! Waste of money and no instructions or help support. Clearly a money making tool only with no regard for the customer

Once they decided to make customer pay for otomotif and autobild, this app is not that so great anymore.

Purchased a book. PDF is password protected. Need to print out circuit boards and can't! Requesting a refund! Also filing a complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SCOOP! ITS A RIPOFF!
