FULL DESCRIPTION
Gorilla Workout Lite contains 4 levels that provide different workouts depending on your current fitness level. Level 1 is for those of you who are just getting into the fitness game and will have you starting with exercises like wall push ups, air squats, and lunges. Level 4 is for the extremely athletic type, where you'll be performing intense exercises like burpees, pistols, and one arm push ups.
Every exercise comes with a detailed text description on the muscle group worked, how to perform each movement of the exercise, and even contains a video of a real person performing the exercise so you can always ensure your form is right. Every video is downloaded to your device so you can view them at any time, regardless of internet or cell connection.
You'll start at Day 1 in each level and work your way through a day-by-day workout routine that will push you to make it to the next level. Once completing a workout you can share on sites like Facebook or Twitter to get encouragement and motivation, or for bragging rights if you’re competing amongst friends.
These workouts were designed to work every muscle group, so strength and muscle gains will be easily attainable in muscles like arms, abs, chest, back, and legs. Gorilla Workout Lite is not only about strength and size though. Each workout will vastly improve attributes like agility, vertical leap, and cardio endurance.
If your goal is to get a ripped body, have phenomenal cardio, brute strength, and to be in the best shape of your life Gorilla Workout Lite will get you started on that journey.
The app is not for just sitting and watching some fitness videos. It invoke you in the moves and make you start the work out. I'm going to buy full version.
The description says that you need no equipment. Well, you do need access to a pull-up bar. I can't get to one in my situation. There apparently no help to ask about alternatives to the pull up. I like it besides that.
These guys are on to something. As a high paced mom and constantly on the go and traveling with work, the gym is inconvenient and not an option. This app is easy to use. Level one is great for someone like me who is looking to just get back in shape and tone up. I'm not sure if I want to be full blown gorilla status.
The great thing about this app is that it does what is best for your body when working out: short, quick workouts that can be done in only a few minutes daily and exercise your body as a whole. It also allows time for breaks and does not put you on a schedule you have to keep, and being as my schedule at 87 pounds is different from someone my age at 120, that's nice. Overall great app, worth your time and effort.
Itz cool culdve been betta but it makes u buffer than u were in like 2 or 1 week. :/ > :l > :)
Great workouts! But, for my sanity, fix the screen rotation. It shouldn't, but it bugs the hell out of me.
Decent app. But some of the form the guy shows you in his video is not great...i.e squats and lunges. Your knees should never extend past your toes like he does. Doing so as he does will wreck your knees.
There's no voice guided instruction (only video) and the guy's form is not correct for some key exercises where you can injure yourself (e.g. Squats). It's an okay app for getting workout ideas, but be careful if you copy his form to a T.
