Very useful and realistic

Mohsen986

The app is not for just sitting and watching some fitness videos. It invoke you in the moves and make you start the work out. I'm going to buy full version.

;?

Rockstyle for real

Alright i guess

I like it, but you still need a pull up bar

Cortneyglynn

The description says that you need no equipment. Well, you do need access to a pull-up bar. I can't get to one in my situation. There apparently no help to ask about alternatives to the pull up. I like it besides that.

Triple high

I feel like a gorila so worth my time :)

This app has potential!

These guys are on to something. As a high paced mom and constantly on the go and traveling with work, the gym is inconvenient and not an option. This app is easy to use. Level one is great for someone like me who is looking to just get back in shape and tone up. I'm not sure if I want to be full blown gorilla status.

Scientifically, Great

Supercooldudeguy

The great thing about this app is that it does what is best for your body when working out: short, quick workouts that can be done in only a few minutes daily and exercise your body as a whole. It also allows time for breaks and does not put you on a schedule you have to keep, and being as my schedule at 87 pounds is different from someone my age at 120, that's nice. Overall great app, worth your time and effort.

....... Awesome?

Itz cool culdve been betta but it makes u buffer than u were in like 2 or 1 week. :/ > :l > :)

For the love, man!

Great workouts! But, for my sanity, fix the screen rotation. It shouldn't, but it bugs the hell out of me.

Eh

Guns N' roses 1234

Decent app. But some of the form the guy shows you in his video is not great...i.e squats and lunges. Your knees should never extend past your toes like he does. Doing so as he does will wreck your knees.

Be careful using this app

equalevomr

There's no voice guided instruction (only video) and the guy's form is not correct for some key exercises where you can injure yourself (e.g. Squats). It's an okay app for getting workout ideas, but be careful if you copy his form to a T.
