App doesn’t work at all I have so many movies that I had bought when I had an android phone now I can’t even watch them at all. Fix it !!!

I bought two TV episodes and after the first time watching them in the app, they no longer work. Clicking on them does absolutely nothing. They won’t download, either. I reinstalled the app and it simply doesn’t work. I wasted money on those episodes because of this. Terrible app with poor UI and UX.

I loved using this app but I haven’t been able to use it at all because it doesn’t let me play any of my movies or shows and it’s very frustrating considering I paid money for these movies and shows and I can’t watch them!!! I’ve tried everything to reset it did all the stuff they tell you to do trash! Waists of my money and all these things I can’t even watch anymore

Honestly with the amount of reviews they have one stars you guys should cancel the whole app altogether. I have been itching to watch one of my favorite shows and I purchased it via browser and I downloaded the stupid app and I cannot watch my show. i’m expecting to get my money back because what is the point of purchasing a show but you’re not able to watch the show?? as a company you guys see how poorly you’re doing why is this app still out and why aren’t you fixing the problems that need to be fixed, what is the point of having ratings that are poor and not fixing the issues listed???

Used this app to download a movie to watch on a flight. First time, download didn’t save. I re-downloaded on my layover, and then when I went to watch the movie, I can’t bc I’m not connected to the internet. Pure trash!

What’s the point of having an app if I have to go log onto the computer to purchase an episode? I tried on the computer to purchase an episode and access it through the Google Play app, and it just kept telling me “an error occured”. I restarted it several times and tried different payment methods.
