Can’t download my movie

I got a new blu-ray disc and I redeemed my code on it but when I click the movie it brings me to the app but the movie is not there

This is the worst app from google. Unable to watch at all. It buffering all the way through out the movie. The other services works way better. Don’t wast your money buying any movies this app. What a disappointment !

This app needs a lot of work. Purchased movies that I’ve downloaded for offline viewing will only work if I’m online. I have the latest version of the app and have tried reinstalling everything. Nothing will play offline. And even when I’m online, movies do not play well. If I rewind or fast forward even 10 seconds, I get a spinning ball in the middle of the screen for several minutes, if the movie even starts playing at all. Extremely frustrating and I won’t be purchasing anything else.

Each time I’ve tried to use it, it’s crashed. It’s almost as though it was programmed to crash upon checking my library.

The reason this app is so horrible is because once you get a movie or an episode of a TV show you might have to wait all the way up into the middle of the next day to even watch it and most the time that’s how it is if I could give this app a lesser star I would.

I always used this app I have had issues with since the beginning I started to buy movie from here because I loved it now every time I use this app I buy a movie and it doesn’t even want to fully play and I tried to get a refund but I couldn’t even get a REFUNDED !!!! Like why did I spend my money if the movie I purchased don’t even want to play how is that even fair !!!!! I hope you guys fix it because it’s ridiculous and unprofessional!!!!!!! I hope someone does fix it because I’m furious !!!!!!

this app hasn’t been updated in 6 months and it won’t let me watch my downloaded movies until i update it and it is impossible to update it if there is no update. i tried logging in on a samsung phone and it works just fine but because the movies are downloaded to my apple device it won’t let me watch them there.

Terrible app, function, UI and playback content is unstable. How can you charge people for content and then follow through with a app that doesn’t play the paid content.

App was fine until about two months ago. Everything was fine but the app keeps buffering while watching movies with be purchased and downloaded. I have tried deleting the app and restarting the phone and reinstalling this app and redownloading the movies i into the app on the phone but it still buffers. I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried looking up what to do but no luck.
