Fix your stupid app!!!!!

Cant cast to fire tv, wasted money to rent movies to watch and could not cast to my tv, basically because all these big companies have can’t get over a stupid feud they make the user suffer. I can’t watch on safari, I can’t cast to fire tv, I can’t even get their website to work, had to download the app only to tell me to go back to their terrible website that can’t even scroll. Oh well wasted my money but I’m not watching movies on a 6” screen

I purchased some of my favorite movies and invariably the movies get stuck at the end. The experience has been frustrating enough that this is the end of buying movie this way.

Will not add shows I have purchased

Will not add new episodes of a show that I have purchased. On the google play store it’ll redirect me to the app to watch episodes I have purchased for the app to redirect me to the Apple App Store. The show doesn’t appear in the google play app. I’m tired of this garbage company not living up to its standards. Fix your app.

I wish Google would just do the update already it’s been almost 1 year since they did the updates on other devices but not IOS I love Google TV but I use this app because of my Google account!!! Here are improvements that have to be worked on!!! 1. Going to the next episodes on TV Shows 2. Have options for people on how they want their movies and TV shows sorted 3. Do the new updates of the new version on Google TV already!!! When these things happen then I’ll see on purchasing TV shows for now I’m just purchasing movies at the moment!!!

I would give this app a 0 if possible! Google play is not available for any smart tv and does not work with screen mirroring as it shows up as an unsupported device on my LG Oled C1 . Tried screen mirroring this on an Apple TV and the video works but there is no sound! This is a garbage app and google should be ashamed! What a waste of $20 for a movie I can’t even watch other then on my cell phone or iPad! I guess I will just continue to use modern streaming services seeing that google is so behind the curve!

Usually I have no problem with this app. These days on certain movies or shows I watch it’ll play for 20 seconds and the screen will freeze but the audio continues on. And the 10 second playback option leaves the loading icon on the screen unless I exit out of full screen mode and play the movie or show again. Also I cannot rewind the movies and shows back to the beginning so I have to watch the entire thing to the end credits then watch it over, and hope that the video doesn’t freeze again.

This has to be the worst streaming service out there I can’t even watch straight out of Compton that I purchased. It starts half way through the movie and when I try to rewind it loads but never starts from the beginning. I’ve tried re downloaded the app and still doesn’t work TRASH APP

Worst App EVER!!!!

Had to download because google play video rental required it. Would only let us watch the movie once and then stopped working. Upset kids and a $25 movie rental down the drain. Thanks Google Play … I’ll never rent from you again! I tried closing the app, shutting off my phone, deleting and reinstalling … all of the normal troubleshooting and still doesn’t work! GARBAGE!!!!!!
