Good, but Glitchy

I’m a music teacher and I use this app on my iPad and iPhone to maintain records on my students’ progress. For the most part I am happy with it because it is convenient, easy to access, and easy to use. However, the app has a tendency to crash from time to time and to freeze on a page—when this happens, the frozen page persists even after force closing the app several times. There’s also something a little clunky about the way it inputs text—it’s slow and randomly drops every few letters I type. I still think it’s a good app, but hope Google sorts out these glitches!

This is the one to use. The only problem is it is 155 MB. Apple won't let me download over Verizon. I had to find wifi. I tried using Numbers by Apple. I can save files to Dropbox and import from Dropbox, but the process is so convoluted that I ended up having multiple copies of a file. Often the file wouldn’t open. I just kept getting the spinning progress wheel. The Sheets interface isn’t as slick as Numbers, but at least I can save my files to the cloud for free. June 2018.
One flaw when editing cells

My one complaint is that when inputting data for a cell, sometimes I want to drag and see other parts of the table. However, sometimes I accidentally tap on my selected cell when dragging. This triggers sheets to think I’m selecting a larger group of cells even though I was trying to type, and as a result it erases all of the text that I had typed.
Way better than that other one on my phone

This app is working really well for me...... ideally, I fill it out daily, and share finished spreadsheet with my spouse. I gave it a 4 because I have to delete the “example entries” every time I set up a new month, and I find that irritating. It may be unfair to take a star for that because the examples helped me learn how to use the sheet in the beginning. Anyway, as stated before, it’s way better than the other app that came on my phone !!!!!
