No insert for links?

I really don’t like that I am unable to insert a link into a text here, like I can do on a desktop. If there is a way to do this it is very convoluted.

Multiple times a week there are updates for the google docs apps. Get it together, or fire your developers, because this is ridiculous. Your team is a mess

I simply love this app as I can do excel sheets on my i phone and I pad too, it made my life so easy.

This app is impossible to use efficiently on a mobile device because every time I try to edit something, it thinks I am trying to highlight something and won’t unhighlight the text when I tap somewhere else. This is an issue on all of googles mobile apps.
