This app is terrible. It never let you log in and when you attempt to reset your password it continue to say ”stop guessing”.

This app looks like was made by a first grader on a piece of paper on the bathroom break. Really, this lacks basic info and is completely useless. I don’t understand that in this time and age someone would ignore the technology and release something careless like this thinking that people won’t use it. You can’t login using this app. What’s the point Goodwill just stick what you do the best - collect donations. Technology is way too much for you to handle.

I can sign in on a PC and my android phone but the IOS version of this app just keeps telling me to stop guessing. Very Frustrating!

App Needs Improvement

I was very excited to hear that Goodwill is now selling online. My biggest issue with this app is you’re unable to return to the previous page you were on, so you have to continue to start from the beginning of your search after clicking to see an expanded view of an item

I have tried to log in sevrral times as I’m already registered. It says I sm rnteri g the incorrect user name or password when I know it was entered correctly. Or sometimes it’ll say I am not registered. Then the annoying ad to download the app is conatantly popping up. This app is a mess!

While in the mobile app, I keep getting spammed with pop ups that tell me to download the mobile app. And they are impossible to get rid of. Second, it won’t accept my user name or password..... in the mobile app. When I click the link to reset my password.... after choosing a new password.... it tells me the password reset link is invalid. After I approve the location information.... I keep getting pop ups telling me to approve them to see my location. Yes his is literally the worst most useless app I have ever downloaded. And I download a lot of apps.

Online auction Prices are ridiculously high for used goods. Online auctions seem rigged. I am no longer a customer. The auctions are more shady than Ebay. Shame on you GoodWill?
