Used to wood very well. Now doesn’t locate according to zip code only located nearby stores.

The list view displays all of the locations near me but the map view doesn’t work-the map opens up but there aren’t any pins indicating where Goodwill locations are. The app does allow me to filter for retail locations and provides store hours which is more helpful than Google maps. I’d like to use this app to explore new Goodwill stores when I travel so I hope the map view is fixed soon.

I don’t review apps ever but do not download this. They keep insisting you turn on location services and notifications even when you’ve already turned them on. You cannot use the app at all because the location/notification pops up every 3 seconds. Also, they keep checking on your location in the app even when you only give it access to your location only when using the app. Very sus. Would not recommend. Ever.

I put in a zip code 2 hours from me and it says 24 stores but only gives me the stores around me. I know the stores around me I want the stores from other towns how do I do that

There's no reason why this app needs an always on feature for location services. It's annoying that it keeps asking.
Worst battery drain on the planet !

Horrid, ill conceived, amazingly bad app. It demands your GPS be on, and it even tracks you in 'Health' (!) but actually gives you no map. So you get the worst of all worlds: your phone battery drains quickly, you are tracked, and there's no map. Can I give it a negative five stars? ¡¡UNINSTALLING!!

I got this app hoping I could schedule a pickup with my local Goodwill or pretty much any Goodwill in my state. 1st it does nothing except let me find area stores but insists that I keep location services on at all times. No thanks!
Long way to go

I have an existing email notification from my local Goodwill so it would have been ideal if that worked. I tried to register and no matter what email address I try I get a generic error with no information on WHY it failed. It says it sent me an email but 15 minutes later I still don’t have anything. (Yes, I checked the spam folder)
